We offer a range of services, including Ayurveda, herbal medicine, nutritional counseling, postpartum care and ancient body therapies. We work with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan.

The ancient Science of Ayurveda is rooted in Indigenous Medicine, based on the Elements. It represents 5,000 years of knowledge and wisdom through the practice of scientific observation and awareness. It is a highly personalized medicine that focuses on treating the whole client/patient. It was born in the Indus Valley as a part of Vendanta philosophy of Hinduism.

Yoga is a powerful practice that combines physical movement, breathwork, and meditation to promote overall health and well-being. Yoga means to yoke with the Divine. It is not an exercise as some in the west will have you believe but a lifestyle of movement with each breath, thought, action, and movement.
Using the Sounds that Heal the Body the nervous system shifts into rest and digest (parasympathetic). Dharma Wellness uses Tuning forks and Singing Bowls to reset the system alone or in a treatment. We also utilize Mantras through singing. 528 hz shows Oxytocin increase by 96% in just 20 minutes.
Aromatherapy brings our ancient brain online by stimulating the limbic system relieving stress, improving sleep, boosting the immune system, and for pain management. We use this ancient art to calm, strengthen, and even at times stimulate depending on what is needed.
When our parasympathetic nervous system is online then the body can process the journey we experience. This perspective is what guides the Psychosomatics sessions we offer.
Mindfulness meditation is a powerful tool for reducing stress, improving focus, and promoting overall well-being. Our meditation classes are designed to help you develop a regular practice and achieve inner peace.
