A lymphatic and soothing warm oil massage designed to loosen and drain impurities from the body. This therapy addresses the physical levels of stress as well as the emotional holding we carry. With tri-doshic synchronized movements, the subtle energy that creates blocks in our prana are shifted. 

Nasya is a head and neck massage followed by steam and herbal oils to lubricate the sinuses and release toxins.   This medicated oil is

 administered through the nostrils to treat conditions affecting the head, sinuses, and nervous system. It is one of the five core detoxification procedures in Panchakarma, the traditional Ayurvedic cleansing system, and has been practiced for thousands of years based on the principle that the nose is the most direct route to the brain. 

 Starting with understanding your unique doshic blend, you will be guided with changes to your diet, lifestyle, and perspective, Through each session we will go into deep reflections of karma and purpose. Herbs, mantras, mudras, and meditations will be offered as you find your alignment and balance.  

The pouring of warm oil onto the forehead to access the hypothalamus (third eye) which directs the nervous system (Automatic Nervous System[ANS] and Parasympathetic Nervous System [PNS]) taking you deep into a relaxed meditative state. Ideal for the treatment of PTSD, generalized anxiety, depressive disorders, and for treatment of acute stress. 

An herbal steam therapy for releasing toxins. This is ideal for deep relaxation of the body while improving circulation. 

This treatment is 3.5-4 hours long and includes Abhyanga (Ayuvedic Massage), Shirodhara, and Svedna therapies. This is truly a comprehensive Ayurvedic Spa Experience. 

This treatment uses warm oil on the belly and in the belly button with deeply intuitive massage. It helps with indigestion, constipation, GERD, SIBO, lower back pain, and period aches. The nahbi is one of the most important diagnostic tools in Ayurveda. The umbilical area (belly button) has 72,000 nadis (energetic channels)  that are connected to the nabhi centre that connect us to our spiritual nature. When this is out of alignment, we are affected physically, emotionally and spiritually.  

 Udvartana is a revitalizing herbal back scrub that stimulates lymphatic flow, reduce stagnation, and support natural detoxification. We apply the herbal blend from the neck down using firm, upward strokes and that enhance circulation, exfoliate the skin, and awaken the body’s natural vitality. herbal paste is removed with steam and warm towels.

Udvartana not only purifies the body, but also leaves you feeling refreshed and renewed.

 This treatment is to help clear any blockages to the heart both physically and emotionally. In Ayurveda, the heart is considered the seat of emotions, vitality, and consciousness. Hridaya Basti aims to restore balance and harmony to the heart chakra region, addressing physical ailments and emotional imbalances. The therapy involves forming a dough ring around the Anahata which is then gently filled with warm herbal oil. This unique approach promotes deep healing and rejuvenation.

Medicated warm oil enema is administered for significant relief of Vata imbalance. Highly recommend with abdominal massage.

The body takes time to heal as its been through an incredible amount of giving and depletion after birth. Add Breastfeeding to this and you take into account that all the best nutrients are being given to baby. This service offers gentle foods and care for the mothers so that they have the space to give once again.  Includes onsite care, cooking, cleaning, bodywork. Booked in 2 hour blocks.
